CW ENVIRONMENTAL LIMITED ACQUIRE CLEARWATER ENVIRONMENTAL LTD, WOODS BUILDING SERVICES LTD (t/a AA WOODS ASBESTOS ABATEMENT) AND K & K INDUSTRIAL SERVICES LIMITED

CW Environmental Ltd has today, Thursday 5th February 2009 announced the acquisition of K & K Industrial Services Ltd, this acquisition together with the previous acquisitions just before Christmas of Clearwater Environmental Ltd and Woods Building Services Ltd (t/a AA Woods Asbestos Abatement) now make the group one of the UK's leading environmental companies for asbestos consultancy, training, surveying, asbestos remediation, land remediation and project management.

The acquisition of K & K Industrial Services Ltd will increase the group's annual turnover to £10 million.

David Petri, chairman of CW Environmental Ltd, said "Today's acquisition, together with the two recent acquisitions, now ensures that the group can offer a one stop shop range of solutions within the environmental and asbestos services sector on a nationwide basis.
